clients. For a low
monthly fee, based on the
number of workstations
and servers you have,
your dedicated support
consultant will resolve
problems in the first
instance either on the
phone, via email or by
remote access, this
enables the quickest
response. Most issues
are fixed using these
"off-site" methods.
However, if "on-site"
support is required, we
charge a low hourly fee
for only the time spent
"on-site"
